ARN Announces Expansion Of iHeartCountry Australia

ARN – Australia’s leading audio-led entertainment company – has announced the relaunch and expansion of iHeartCountry Australia.

Today, iHeartCountry joins the national DAB+ Network. Contemporary country music won’t just be heard in the big smokes of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide; today, ARN has revealed that the radio station will be expanded into key markets such as Hobart, Canberra, Darwin, and the Gold Coast.

With its official launch comes exciting hosts and country music shows. Steve Fitton will host Breakfast, Justin Thomson will lead Afternoons, and Kristof (Chris Sandilands) will be on Drive with special guest appearances from your favourite artists.

The station will also spotlight different artists weekly, with its Artist of the Week segment starting at 3 pm daily, as well as its Countrified segment, where artists will transform well-known pop and rock songs into country tunes. Max Jackson’s Little More Country, anyone?

When you tune in to iHeartCountry Australia, you’ll hear from global sensations such as Morgan Wallen, Luke Combs, Lainey Wilson, Kane Brown, and Miranda Lambert, as well as Keith Urban, James Johnston, and more up-and-comers in the Australian country music scene.

iHeartCountry Australia will join ARN’s growing portfolio of radio brands, such as KIIS, Gold, and CADA. With KIX Country also on board, ARN will deliver country music to fans in metro and regional locations across Australia.
