Lainey Wilson, Ella Langley Win Big At 2025 Academy Of Country Music Awards

Lainey Wilson and Ella Langley were the biggest winners at this year’s Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards.

Held at The Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas, on Thursday (8 May), 16-time ACM Award winner Reba McEntire hosted the star-studded event.

For the second year in a row, Wilson received the coveted award of Entertainer of the Year, taking home four awards in total on the night. It was Ella Langley’s evening, though, with the singer-songwriter winning five awards, including New Female Artist of the Year.

Brooks & Dunn were named Duo of the Year, Old Dominion won Group of the Year, Chris Stapleton was named Male Artist of the Year, and Zach Top was named New Male Artist of the Year. Meanwhile, Lainey Wilson won Album of the Year for Whirlwind, Ella Langley took home Single of the Year for you look like you love me (featuring Riley Green), and Cody Johnson won Song of the Year with Dirt Cheap.

In addition to the main awards, Alan Jackson accepted the inaugural Lifetime Achievement Award, while Keith Urban was named a Triple Crown Winner after taking home the following awards in his incredible career: New Artist of the Year, Artist of the Year, and Entertainer of the Year.

Chris Stapleton, Megan Moroney, and Brothers Osborne paid tribute to the New Zealand-born, Australian-raised singer-songwriter by performing his songs, including Stupid Boy, Blue Ain’t Your Color, and Where The Blacktop Ends, where Urban joined Brothers Osborne on stage.

The night also saw duets from Backstreet Boys and Rascal Flatts, Miranda Lambert and Ella Langley, Jelly Roll and Shaboozey, and Brooks & Dunn and Cody Johnson.
