Country music powerhouse Lainey Wilson is turning up the excitement by adding a second Brisbane and Melbourne shows to her 2026 Whirlwind World Tour, following overwhelming presale demand.
Presented by Chugg Entertainment and Frontier Touring, the new dates will be held at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on Thursday, 12 February, as well as the new Melbourne show to be held at Rod Laver Arena on Friday, 20 February. Both dates fall just one night after her originally scheduled shows.
This updated itinerary marks the largest headline tour yet for Wilson in Australia and New Zealand, in fact it’s her first-ever Kiwi appearance. Starting in Auckland and Christchurch, the tour heads to Australia for double Brisbane action before wrapping up across Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, and a headline slot at Howlin’ Country Festival in Newcastle.
Australian fans who couldn’t nab tickets for the initial Brisbane or Melbourne date now have a second shot. Frontier Members have a presale for the new Melbourne show on Thursday 21 August from 2pm AEST, and general sale starts Friday 22 August from 3pm AEST.
General public tickets to all other shows are on sale now.
Wilson’s return to Australia builds on the momentum from her debut down under in 2024, which included a headline performance at CMC Rocks QLD plus sold-out shows in both Sydney and Melbourne.
Joining her across all Australian shows next year are special guests Flatland Cavalry and Kaitlin Butts.
