When Shaboozey curated his new Apple Music playlist titled “Favorite Australian Songs,” it was more than just a list of tracks, it was a nod from one country music’s biggest trailblazers.
“I wanted to showcase artists that tell their stories in powerful ways,” Shaboozey says. “From new voices like Lewis Love and Loren Ryan to legends like Keith Urban, Australian artists continue pushing boundaries, showing that country isn’t one-size-fits-all.”
The playlist is a curated mix of 25 songs featuring some of Australia’s most intriguing country acts. Australian artists lean into storytelling and play around with different sonic sounds and Shaboozey clearly sees that as a kinship with his own genre-blending path.
It’s not just about adding Aussie names to a list. It’s about lifting voices he respects and bringing them into a global conversation.
Check out below who is on Shaboozey’s radar.
