In an exciting and standout moment for Aussie musician Gabi Louise, fiddle virtuoso and half of the two time Golden Guitar-winning duo Wicker Suite, has been announced as the sole Australian band member joining Keith Urban on the Australian leg of his HIGH AND ALIVE World Tour this August.
At just 24, Louise has already made waves across the Australian roots scene, performing with heavyweights like Lee Kernaghan, Beccy Cole, Adam Harvey, Dan Davidson (Canada), and The Bushwackers. Now, she’ll be gracing arena stages nationwide with Urban bringing her homegrown talent to a global audience.
“I am so excited to be performing with Keith Urban this month,” Louise shared. “It’s an incredible opportunity to share the stage with one of the best and his band, plus represent the next generation of Australian country‑roots musicians.”
This major career moment aligns perfectly with the upcoming Wicker Suite national headline tour, THE WAY THAT IT WAS, which kicks off in September. Inspired by the legacy of Slim Dusty and Joy McKean, and modern trailblazers like Fanny Lumsden, the tour will breathe life back into regional Australia bringing tightly crafted storytelling, musical magic, and warmth to local halls.
Catch Gabi Louise with Keith Urban across Australia this August—and don’t miss Wicker Suite as they return to the road on a heartfelt, regional tour packed with music, community, and country roots.
