US country musician Brett Eldredge has confirmed he is now a married man, announcing the news on social media earlier today.
“Over the last several years, life and my perception of it have changed dramatically,” he wrote. “I met an amazing woman who truly loves me for me, way beyond the fella with a microphone.
“Someone who’s just as goofy as I am. Someone who loves weird barefoot dance-offs in the living room, looking up at the night sky and wondering what lies beyond what we cannot see. Someone I can have rolling belly laughs with, cry with, and go through life’s tilt-a-whirl of emotions with. Someone who inspires me with her big, beautiful heart.
“Along the way, we got married.”
As indicated by the obfuscation in his celebratory post, Eldredge has not revealed the identity of his wife, ostensibly choosing to keep her away from the limelight – seemingly evidenced by the secret nature of their wedding.
“To me, some of the best things in life are the ones you plant and grow quietly in your sacred space, away from the noise,” he continued. “We value that deeply, and honestly, it soothes my soul.
“There are so many amazing things ahead,” he concluded, “And after all this time, I’m so grateful I have such a beautiful soul to share it all with. :)”
Notably, Eldredge’s post announcing his marriage is his first since the end of 2025, pointing to a decision to keep things on the down-low for a period of time.
Previously, his personal life has been the subject of media attention, with the likes of Victoria’s Secret model Rachel Hilbert and even musician Meghan Trainor being named as prior girlfriends.
Currently, it’s been almost two years since the release of Eldredge’s last solo album, though a string of EP releases arrived last year. It remains to be seen whether new music will be arriving in the near future, or if his newfound married life may make fans wait a little longer.
