Country music officially has another married queen.
Lainey Wilson has tied the knot with former NFL player Devlin “Duck” Hodges, with the couple revealing they were married on May 10 during a stunning ceremony in Dickson, Tennessee.
“We’re hitched! ”: the pair shared the news via social media this morning alongside a series of wedding photos, giving fans a look inside the pair’s most beautiful wedding.
According to Vogue, Wilson and Hodges were married at Ruskin Cave, a scenic venue outside Nashville featuring waterfalls, caves and sprawling natural landscapes. The couple reportedly discovered the venue after spotting a billboard while driving through Tennessee backroads together.
Speaking to Vogue, Wilson recalls “‘Duck and I were driving backroads in Tennessee and saw a billboard for The Ruskin Cave,” Lainey remembers. Duck said, ‘You wanna get married there?’ I said, ‘Done deal.’”
Wilson wore a custom Oscar de la Renta halter style wedding gown featuring delicate Japanese cherry blossom detailing, paired with a dramatic cathedral veil and long train.
The ceremony itself took place beside a waterfall, with Wilson arriving in a white horse drawn carriage before being walked down the aisle by her father.
The reception later moved into the cave venue, where guests were treated to Cajun-inspired food, live music and a full Southern style celebration that reflected Wilson’s Louisiana roots.
A number of country music stars were also in attendance, including Miranda Lambert and Lauren Alaina, alongside names like Jelly Roll, Wynonna Judd, Luke Bryan, Ella Langley and more.
Wilson and Hodges first met on a blind date in 2021 before publicly confirming their relationship in 2023. The couple announced their engagement in February last year.
