In a press release, Chugg Entertainment chairman Michael Chugg said of next year’s landmark event: “CMC Rocks QLD has always been about bringing the global country music community together. This year, with such a diverse and powerful lineup, we're set to deliver an experience that transcends boundaries and resonates with fans old and new. Every year, CMC Rocks QLD surpasses expectations, and 2024 will be no exception.”

The excitement was shared by festival director Jeremy Dylan, who added: “The powerful love and ongoing passion of the CMC Rocks community as we have returned over the past two years has been incredible to see and feel, and we are powering ahead determined to create even better experiences and lasting memories for the fans every year. We’ve got a lineup stacked with the most exciting country talent of today from around the world and we can’t wait to be back in Willowbank in March for another incredible weekend together.”

Even Teresa Harding, the mayor of Ipswich herself, can’t wait for next year’s festival. In a statement of her own, she said: “CMC Rocks QLD has gone from strength to strength since moving to Willowbank in Ipswich and the 2024 line-up reveal ensures next year’s festival will once again be a hit.

“CMC Rocks QLD brings great benefits to our community, estimated to contribute about $11 million to our economy each year and generate more than 61,000 visitor nights in Ipswich. The festival this year topped 23,000 attendees with more than 90 per cent from outside of the city, and I’m sure with the strong line-up announced for next year’s event tickets will once again be snapped up fast as country music lovers make their annual pilgrimage to Ipswich.”
