On the day Post Malone and Luke Combs released the music video for their collaborative single, Guy For That, a possible leaked list of features appearing on the former’s debut country album made its way online.
If you regularly check the r/country subreddit, you likely saw a post called “Full leaked list of features on Post Malone’s upcoming country album”, published just hours ago. If the leaked list can be believed and each song features a special guest, Post Malone’s upcoming country album, F-1 Trillion, will contain 14 songs and some surprises.
Featuring the people we already know the rapper-turned-country singer has worked with – Morgan Wallen, Luke Combs, Blake Shelton, Chris Stapleton, and Brad Paisley – the complete rumoured list of artists includes, in order:
· Morgan Wallen
· HARDY
· Blake Shelton
· Brad Paisley
· Billy Strings
· Dolly Parton
· Lainey Wilson
· Luke Combs
· Sierra Ferrell
· Jelly Roll
· Tim McGraw
· Chris Stapleton
· ERNEST
· Hank Williams Jr
It’s impressive, right?
According to Rolling Stone, the potential list of collaborators was found when fans were searching for F-1 Trillion pre-orders on Post Malone’s website. The image that’s now on Reddit also circulated on Target’s website in the US.
Post Malone hasn’t yet dropped the official tracklist for his forthcoming album, nor has he made a comment about the leak. F-1 Trillion will be released on Friday, 16 August. You can pre-order/pre-save the album here.
F-1 Trillion has been a long time coming. As well as dropping Guy For That with Luke Combs, Post Malone has already shared the tracks I Had Some Help with Morgan Wallen and Pour Me A Drink with Blake Shelton.
Post Malone also appeared at Stagecoach festival back in April and brought out a bunch of special guests, including Morgan Wallen, Dwight Yoakam and Brad Paisley. Earlier this year, he featured on Beyoncé’s latest album, Cowboy Carter, on the highlight Levii’s Jeans.
In November, Post Malone confirmed that he was preparing to release a country album… and he’d been in the studio with Paisley.
He previously said of his upcoming LP: “Country record is coming. I keep singing a song that we made while I was in Nashville, and it's so fucking sick, but it's not out yet.”
