March 9, 2024 11:11 am in by

We’re less than two months away from this year’s edition of Lighthouse Country Music Festival, and promoters Lighthouse Presents have launched a competition that promises eight epic prizes to celebrate the local music-loving community.

In case you missed it: the 2024 Lighthouse Country Music Festival returns to Queensland’s Burnett Heads on Saturday, 4 May. The event will be headlined by Australian country icons Lee Kernaghan, Kasey Chambers and John Williamson. Other artists appearing at the festival include Brooke McClymont & Adam Eckersley, Kingswood, James Blundell, newcomer Keely Ellen and more.

Lighthouse Presents launched its competition this week. For the next eight weeks, a new prize will be announced, and each prize will be given to eight lucky winners. All prizes will be drawn on Monday, 29 April.

The first of the eight prizes was revealed yesterday: two meet-and-greets with John Williamson backstage at the festival and two signed copies of his new book, Voice Of The Sea—two separate prizes for two different winners who can bring friends or family to the meet-and-greet.

If you have already purchased a ticket to Lighthouse Country, the good news is that you’re already in the running to win a fabulous prize. If you’d like to have a chance to win the prize (or any of the next seven prizes), all you have to do is buy a ticket to Lighthouse Country by next Friday (15 March).

You can buy tickets to the festival here and find more information about the competition on the Lighthouse Country website.
