Taylor Moss Delivers The First Taste Of Debut Album With 'Wild Mama'

November 17, 2023 4:44 am in by

We may still have a month to go before the end of 2023, but Taylor Moss is already preparing to release her debut album next year.

Today, she shares the fiery new single Wild Mama, the first offering from her forthcoming debut album. The fast-paced, passionate song is partly poppy in its melodies but authentically country. You can listen to the track below.

Wild Mama is a song about a conversation I had with my mum,” Moss revealed in a press release. “I had been so unlucky in love time and time again. I had totally given up on love, and unexpectedly, someone walked into my life.”

She continued, “I called Mum to let her know, and she wasn’t too sure (considering my track record, ha-ha) - but I knew the minute she met him, she would love him. And she does!

“It’s a song about all the feelings I get from this kind of love. It’s wild, it’s free, and it’s definitely meant to be!”

Taylor Moss’s debut album is scheduled for release in 2024. The album follows her recent Heartland EP – preceded by the singles Real Man and Pour My Heart Out – which she dropped last month.

Moss noted that the Heartland EP circumvents a traditional EP release. She told fans on social media, “This isn’t being serviced to radio – this is purely for you guys to listen to.”

Moss’s debut EP reveal followed the announcement that she’s going on tour across Australia. She ends the tour in Queensland and Victoria – check out the remaining tour dates below and buy tickets here.
