Demand for Stella Lefty’s upcoming Strummingbird sideshows – two headline shows in Sydney and Melbourne – has been extraordinary, with promoters Live Nation announcing venue upgrades today.

Lefty was set to perform at Melbourne’s Howler and Sydney’s Oxford Art Factory, respectively. The shows sold out immediately.

Now, she’s performing at Melbourne’s Prince Bandroom on Sunday, 11 October, where she’ll play to a 900-capacity room (Howler holds 400 people standing), and Sydney’s Metro Theatre on Thursday, 15 October, a 1,550-capacity venue (Oxford Art Factory has a capacity of 490 people).

Fans who can’t get enough of Stella Lefty can also see her perform at this year’s Strummingbird Festival, headlined by Post Malone and featuring the likes of Bailey Zimmerman, Cooper Alan, Sara Berki, Brad Cox, Max Jackson, and more.

The festival takes place at Ballarat’s Victoria Park on Saturday, 10 October, followed by the Newcastle Foreshore on Saturday, 17 October, and the Sunshine Coast’s Kawana Sports Precinct on Sunday, 18 October. You can find tickets and additional information on the Strummingbird website.

Stella Lefty is currently enjoying incredible momentum. She recently released her debut EP, Is This Heaven?, which contains the focus track, Something To Lose featuring Vincent Mason, as well as I Know, I Know, and Boston—the latter of which has surpassed 170 million global streams and made it to the Billboard Top 15.

Last in Australia in November 2025, Lefty opened shows for Jessie Murph in theatres across the country.
